Incorporated in 1985, SHENG SHENG F&B INDUSTRIES PTE LTD was formed through a mutual friendships between two of its existing partners. With the objective of reducing the number of distribution channels through one profile, we strive to provide direct and personal services in distributing brands of canned and bottled drinks in Singapore.

Within a short period of time, SHENG SHENG expanded to having our own team of personnel, van sales and support vehicles to cover the local institutional trades, including ship chandlers, marine handlers, importers, exporters, chain-retailers, hotels and restaurants, cafeterias, clubs, coffee houses, kiosks, drink stalls, retail shops, minimarts and supermarkets.

Over the years, we have grown even further beyond Singapore to cover export markets in several neighbouring countries.

In view of the intense competition, we decided to create an identity for ourselves. Thereafter, we formed and established a brand name for our range of products, now known as ICE COOL. Following the bold move, we place our emphasis on the quality of our products - taking steps such as Stringent Quality Control, High Standards on Hygiene during processing, effective Inventory Control, prompt and efficient Distribution and Delivery Schedules, Courteous Customer Relationship and Reasonable Pricing.

Since then, we have not only earned a name for ourselves in the market, our ICE COOL range of products were well-accepted locally as well as abroad. Inspired by our phenomenal success, we have decided to add several more distribution rights under our portfolio and these include rights for soysauce ("Pearl River Bridge"), energy drink ("Bull Power") and carbonated soft drinks ("CNY"). Currently, we are sourcing for overseas distributors to market our range of products. With established market trust and recognition, we are confident that we will be able to fulfil our clients' needs with utmost efficiency.
